CURSO VIRTUAL DE PARLAMENTO ABIERTO

Tenemos el agrado dirigirnos a Usted con el objeto de invitarle a participar del curso virtual de Parlamento Abierto, que se iniciará el día 17 de julio del corriente, y por su intermedio hacemos extensivo ésta invitación a los miembros de su institución.

El curso tendrá una duración de cinco semanas y tiene por objetivo brindar los conocimientos necesarios para identificar, formular e implementar medidas que conduzcan a la modernización, apertura y transparencia legislativa. Esta iniciativa contribuirá positivamente al proceso de co-creación del 3er. Plan de Acción de Parlamento Abierto Paraguay, próximo a iniciarse.
